Located at the northeast corner of Main Street and 120th Avenue, Broomfield Marketplace is comprised of the inline retail that flanks both sides of the flagship market hall building for the City of Broomfield’s proposed Broomfield Town Square development. This mixed-use project will invigorate with city with 471 multi-family units, 12 townhomes, and 63,590 sf of commercial development that surround a large lake with trails, a beach, and future boathouse. Existing tenants include Lapel's Dry Cleaning, Marcos, Great Clips, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. In collaboration with the master developer for Broomfield Town Square, NexGen plans to reskin the  property for a cohesive and much improved identity.
