Built in 2001, Centennial Pavilion is a Class A multi-tenant retail shopping center located in Louisville, Colorado. NexGen created value by acquiring the promissory note and later obtaining title to the property via a deed-in-lieu from the borrower in bankruptcy proceedings. Current tenants include Busaba, Build, Lamar’s Donuts, Sports Clips, State Farm, Champion Cleaners, and Edward Jones.
