This stabilized 14,000 square foot multi-tenant in-line retail center has consistently maintained full occupancy. Included in the purchase was a standalone outparcel Five Guys restaurant, which serves as the anchor the center. With cosmetic renovations and a new roof installation complete, this investment affords NexGen a stabilized income producing asset.
